Westcoast Experience provides students an opportunity to engage in short-term multi-cultural experiences. Programs consist of English development and activities that will allow students to experience the excitement of beautiful British Columbia, Canada. Westcoast Experience short-term programs offer students a unique opportunity to develop new friendships as well as their ability and confidence in speaking and understanding the English language and North American culture.
Westcoast Experience students have the opportunity to study in several different Canadian schools, both at the Middle and High School levels. Westcoast full-year programs are committed to providing International students the opportunity to succeed in the areas of Academics, Fine Arts, Athletics and Community Service.
A graduate from Trinity Western University and the University of British Columbia, Marc taught in a local school district before forming Westcoast Experience in the fall of 1999. Marc has organized and developed several International student programs for schools in the Vancouver area. Marc's responsibilities included directing and administering the programs as well as providing support to the program administration.
A graduate from the University of British Columbia, Ted has more than 30 years experience in various educational environments; as a teacher, counsellor, Vice-Principal, Principal and Director of International Studies. Ted has organized cultural exchange programs with Japan and Korea and was responsible for a district wide cultural exchange with Japan.
