Westcoast Experience provides a variety of services to schools that are looking for assistance in the administration of an International Program. Our services extend from basic International student recruitment to International Program management.
Provide expertise in several key areas of the International program: the administration of the program, acceptance procedures, ESL teaching/training, international student counselling and the design and implementation of the program.
Work with the school staff to lay the foundation of a successful International program through timetable scheduling, general program implementation & maintenance and staffing.
The experience and expertise provided by Westcoast Experience will bring program recognition and instant credibility for a school's International program resulting in immediate enrolment.
Work in direct contact with the student and their parents to ensure the transition period is one that is easy for all the International students.
Provide on-going support, strategies and techniques for the school administration and teaching staff.
Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Mexico are the four primary countries from which students will be recruited for WCE International Programs; recruitment will not be limited to these countries alone.
Westcoast Experience will work in co-ordination with the school administrative staff in the registration and selection of prospective homestay families.
Regular information meetings with International homestay families; individual support to each of the International students with a native speaking staff member.
Westcoast Experience will ensure that all students are registered with medical insurance upon arrival, and will make certain their records remain current from year to year.
